Privacy policy

Your eligibility details (date of birth, qualification, category, gender, state) are stored on your own device. They are sent to our server only to calculate matching jobs and, if you sign up for email alerts, saved with your email address so we can email you matching jobs.

We store: your email address and eligibility details (if you sign up), phone notification subscription data (if you turn on notifications), and basic anonymous analytics. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with recruiting agencies or advertisers.

Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To delete your data completely, email us from your registered address and we will delete it within 30 days.

If you use the help assistant (chat), we store your questions and its answers for 90 days to handle support and improve answers. To answer, we send your question, your saved eligibility details and matching job details to our AI provider (Anthropic); they are not used to train its models.

If you buy the Exam Pass, payment is handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we only keep the order and payment reference, amount and pass dates.
