Cancellation and refund policy

This policy applies only to the Exam Pass (₹49 for 31 days or ₹299 for 366 days). Everything else on the website is free.

Cancellation: the Exam Pass is a one-time payment and never renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. It ends on its own at the end of its period.

Refund within 7 days: if you are not satisfied, email athulurisaikushal@gmail.com within 7 days of payment from your registered email with the Razorpay payment ID. We refund the full amount and end the pass.

Failed or double payments: if money was deducted but the pass was not activated, or you were charged twice, we refund the extra amount in full, even after 7 days.

Refunds are processed within 2 working days of approval to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet). Your bank may take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
